Carolyn Kisner co-authored this text book in 1985. She was awarded lifetime achievement award in 2010. She was actively involved in orthopedics and home health throughout her career. Lynn Allen Colby also co-authored this book is now retired she taught in the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences for 35 years. She also received the Excellence in teaching and was named the Physical Therapist of the Year in 2001.
