Dr. E Bellis Clayton’s, one time Director of department of Physical Medicine at King’s College Hospital, London and Miss Pauline M Scott who was a teacher in School of Physiotherapy at King’s College.

This book gives detail about electrotherapeutic modalities and may be of interest to clinical physiotherapists, especially those involved in teaching or wishing to update their knowledge. The book achieved 6 editions in 21 years. Pauline Scott (a former student of Dr. Clayton) revised the third and fourth edition, and it was written for physiotherapy students in United Kingdom in order to cover the main topics of electrotherapy for the examinations of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
